Full time, permanent role (37 hours per week)

£22,658 - £24,174 per annum (SCP 25-27)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate who possesses excellent management and communication skills for the role of Amenities Manager.

This role will have responsibility for ensuring a high standard of service is met in the delivery of car parks, caretaking, cleaning, grounds maintenance and Town Council toilets.


Full time, permanent role (35 hours per week - Winter/39 hours per week - Summer)

GROUNDSPERSON (2 vacancies)
Post 1 - £17,072 - £17,772 per annum (SCP 15-17)
Post 2 - £16,491 - £17,772 per annum (SCP 13-17)

Both roles have responsibility for ensuring a quality service is delivered in respect of the maintenance and repairs for all grounds and open spaces that the Town Council is responsible for. 

Working as part of a small and supportive team these roles are customer facing and good communication skills are essential.
